Método Gross. Mini Gateaux
Una nueva propuesta de Osvaldo Gross dedicada íntegramente a los dulces. En esta temporada el chef patisiere plantea la pastelería a través de los minigateaux; preparaciones en tamaño individual. Habrá diversidad de sabores, texturas y colores, además de una variedad de técnicas. Los mini gateaux son utilizados para el armado de mesas dulces, para decoración en buffets, para el servicio del té y acompañados por salsas se convierten en postres emplatados.
