Los fuegos con Francis Mallmann
Francis Mallmann, uno de los chefs de mayor prestigio de la Argentina, con amplio reconocimiento a nivel internacional, grabará una serie para elgourmet.com. El rodaje se realizará íntegramente en una isla de la Patagonia, lugar desde cual Mallmann mostrará sus recetas de autor con raíces en la cocina de nuestro país desde la materia prima, el desarrollo y cocción de los productos utilizando diversas técnicas de fuego como el infiernillo, a la chapa, al rescoldo, al asador, a la vara y el curanto.
