Huente-Có. Con Francis Mallmann
Por cuarto año consecutivo el prestigioso chef nos deleitará con sus creaciones culinarias. Este año desde una isla ubicada en la provincia de Chubut, Argentina, Francis Mallmann nos introducirá en el mundo de la pesca y ofrecerá preparaciones a base de trucha. Huente-Có., el título de la serie, significa “entre aguas” en lengua mapuche.
